Elite Security Personnel Crowd Controllers hold current, valid Queensland security licence. Every Queensland licenced Crowd Controller has had a background check by the Police and mandatory fingerprinting prior to being issued with a Security licence. To ensure that only a fit and proper person becomes a licensed Crowd Controller. Elite Security Crowd Controllers also under go additional training to improve their skills set. That way our clients can be assured that they have some of the best personnel supplied in the industry.
Elite Security Personnel is also a co-provider with a well respected training college in Queensland and encourage all our staff to undergo further training when required. Specifically designed courses provide an oportunity that not too many companies can enjoy, and we at Elite Security are privileged to have such training at our disposal. Certificate II in Security Operations Entry level

- Current First Aid and CPR
- Nationally Recognised RSA Training (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Site specific training - Venue induction, House Policy, Site Inspection
- Up to date training to maintain currency as a licensed Crowd Controller.
